SNMP to monitor AIX

Tags: aix monitor snmp processor utilization memory allocation disk space threshold

I'm seeking a utility that will allow me to use snmp (then ultimately prtg) to monitor various systems within AIX.  For example, processor utilization, memory allocation, disk space, etc.

Is there a way to access this information via snmp?  Is it native to IBM and AIX or is there a third party application needed?
