NetBackup 6.5.3.1

I have craeted the signature (VRTSNetBackup.client.6.5.3.1.U)fileset to install 6.5.3.1 client and
I tried to execute the following command to install 6.5.3.1 client using signature fileset.
installp -aFXqd /VRTSNetBackup.client.6.5.3.1.bff VRTSNetBackup.client.6.5.3.1.U
I have got the following error message, saying that Not found on the installation media.

May be my command or usage of signature fileset is incorrect. So can you please help me on the same
