error: linux/if_packet.h: No such file or directory!!!!!!!!

when I using gcc to compile this error appeared:
# gcc sniffer.c -o sniffer
sniffer.c:4:21: error: features.h: No such file or directory
sniffer.c:5:28: error: linux/if_packet.h: No such file or directory
sniffer.c:6:27: error: linux/if_ether.h: No such file or directory
...

I have been looking in /usr/lib, /usr/include/, ... but I couldn't find if_packet.h
What's packet I was missing install?
