FreeBSD, FreeBSD 7, 7, Apache 2.2.6_2 installed via pkg_add
SETUP:
OS:
FreeBSD 7.0
INSTALLED APPS:
mySQL 5.0.45
Apache 2.2.6_2 (almost)
PROBLEM:
When installing Apache 2.2.6_2 via pkg_add the following occurred:
pkg_add -r apache22
Added group "www".
Added user "www".
cp: /usr/local/share/examples/apache22/www/apache22/data/index.html: No such file or directory.
pkg_add: command '[ -f /usr/local/www/apache22/data/index.html /usr/local/www/apache22/data/index.html' FAILED
To run apache www server from startup, add apache22_enable="YES" (WHICH I DID) in your /etc/rc.conf. Extra options can be found in startup script.
AFTER A REBOOT OF FreeBSD 7:
Starting Apache22
Syntax error on line 151 of /usr/local/etc/apache22/httpd.conf: DocumentRoot must be a directory.
THE ONLY THING I ALTERED WAS ADDING apache22_enable="YES" TO RC.CONF.
Please provide some guidance! I would much appreciate it! :~)
