how to configure snmp to work with php on freebsd

Dir sir
i have freebsd 7.2 and i install apache22, mysql ,php , netsnmpd and i try to open my php page then any thing appear on explorer in the log the error is
 PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function snmp_set_oid_numeric_print()

 how can i solve this problem
