I have an OpenBSD firewall and need to reconfigure the network settings "live" on the machine.  From the command prompt I entered:

ifconfig em1 169.237.245.155 255.255.255.240

the system returned:

SIOCGIFFLAGS: Device not configured.

I've been able to do this on another OpenBSD box (version 4.3), but not this one (version 3.9).  Start Free Trial
