how to restart the sendmail service in FreeBSD

We have  Redhat Linux machine and FreeBSD machine also..I am very familiar with Redhat linux but i didnt work on FreeBSD ..i have some questions please  let me know ..

1)In Linux , if we need to restart the service (sendmail )  command is
#service sendmail restart
what is the equalent command in FreeBSD or otherwise what action to be taken to start the sendmail service..

2)what is the equalent command in FreeBSD:
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j SNAT --to 192.168.1.105
