Configure account password lockout in HP-UX

Is it possible to configure a HP 9000/800 server with an intrusion detection style password lock out policy?  I would like to lockout users after X number failed logon attempts.  Then unlock the account after a period of time.  Standard lockout stuff.

Here is the uname -details describing the server.  HP-UX myserver B.11.00 U 9000/800 1162931577 unlimited-user license.  I know the server is not in trusted mode.

If it possible please provide reference or procedures for configuring the lockout.
