Any suggestions for a gap analysis tool for HP-UX upgrade?

We are looking to upgrade 300 HP-UX 11.11 servers to the latest version. All servers are on rx4640's. Any suggestions on what approach to take on writing a gap and risk analysis for a deployment schedule?
