How to backup Windows partition?  Is Boot Camp partitioned Windows same as PC partitioned Windows?

I am using Macbook Pro with Boot camp XP.  My XP was corrupted lately and want to reinstall XP on top of the corrputed copy.  I tried boot up using XP CD, but boot CD not able to see a XP partition, but it did see an unknown partition.

Is there any way I can reinstall XP without deleting the current XP partition in Boot camp?Start Free Trial
