Need Help with BackupExec v12 and installation of a MAC Remote Client

ANYONE OUT THERE DONE THIS YET?
Symantec Backup Exec v12 Windows 2003 Server and installation of the MAC agent.
I need detailed instructions for installation of a MAC Agent on the latest version 12 of Backup Exec.
None of the documentation works the way it says, and I can not find anything on the CD for the agent.
Even though I have a strong knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec and Windows Server 2003.
I have NO knowledge except how to manuvere the menus on a MAC 10.x system.

I have followed the Administrators guide, and I have tried just putting the CD in on the MAC.
From the MAC user's description.  There is nothing on the CD he could find that would allow this to run.
From looking through the CD myself, I see a MAC Update to the Agent, but not the agent itself.
There is nothing on Symantec's website either, that shows anything to the latest version.
Or, where I can actually download the executable to get this running.

I need someone who has done this before to explain in simple MAC terms how this can be done.
I am very close to giving up, I think.
