Cannot sync Entourage and Exchange 2007

I am having an issue Syncing Entourage 2008 with Exchange 2007. I am able to see public folders, but no email comes over. I received and error message when initially connecting about certificate mismatch, but I don't receive an errors. I know very little about Mac OS X 10.5 or any other version of OS to be honest.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
