get around Acrobat restrictions---ask for help urgently

I got 2 pdf files and want to convert their contents to txt format. www.adobe.com provides such free services that i can email it my pdf files and it will email me back those files in txt format after a few minutes.

Well, my problem is:
one of the 2 pdf files was successfully converted to txt, but the other one failed. Reason was: permission not allowed. I had a look at its "document security" and found the following:

security method: Acrobat Standard Security
user password: no
master password: yes
printing: fully allowed
changing the document: not allowed
content copying or extraction: not allowed
authoring comments and form fields: not allowed
content accessibility enabled: not allowed
document assembly: not allowed
encryption level: 40-bit RC4(Acrobat 3.x, 4.x)

how can i get around this and do the conversion successfully?

any help/comments appreciated, and more points will be available. i'm not a stingy guy!
