Migrating from HP-UX to AIX

I'm in the process of migrating OS from HP-UX to IBM AIX
There are several shell scripts in HP-UX box which needs to be executed in AIX
What are things that I need to take care for this migration
I know there are some utilities like dos2unix, not there in AIX, I have written a small script to simulate dos2unix in AIX, like removing ^M characters, what else I need to take care in this utility in AIX to have same effect as that of actual dos2unix tool in HP-UX?

Is there any scripts already existing to take of the above migration?
