Setting up Solaris zones / virtualizations (multiple servers in one physical box)

Hi,

a)
Can you provide me the steps or a website/url that taught us
how to set up multiple servers in a single hardware box (a
T5120 in our case), step by step?

b)
Can different versions of OS exist in the T5120?
Also, any white paper & best practices are most welcome

c)
Will need to know how to allocate the memory, CPU/processor,
disk, NIC (Network Interface) resources among the servers
in that single hardware box.

I know in some other vendors' cases/platforms, they call this
feature virtualization (Linux Redhat),  partitioning (IBM AIX).

Sort of VMWare.

d)
Do you install Solaris 10 first & then install/configure the
zone (suppose one zone is one Solaris server?) later or
vice versa?  In VMWare, you install VMWare first & then
the individual OS into each of VMWare's partition/zone.
Is this the same for Solaris 10 zoning/virtualization/zoning?
