How to install Windows XP on asus eee pc?

please guys help me i have serious problem. Ii want to put windows on asus eee pc but i have no external CD ROM or ext floppy drive, so i'm using only flash drive. I managed to copy i386 folder to first partition but when i start dos it recognize flash as primary disk and it writes boot sector to it. So i can't boot after copying installation files. Can i make it some how to recognize hard drive as primary?
