I dont know where to begin...
When I login, I am automatically put in the root directory. However, my home directory is /work1/myname and I would like to set it at this.
I also created a .login file in my home directory (/work1/myname) and when I try to execute it I always get permission denied even though I have the relevant permissions.
This is a solaris 10 virtual machine.
