Try the following command
Make sure you read the man pages of "metadb" and "metainit" before you use the following commands.
I guess you know how to create the meta device state database. If you have not done that before here are the commands on how to create the state database.
metadb -a -f c0t1d0s7 c1t1d0s7
(these are only examples i am giving, you can choose your disks as per your custom configuration).
HEre are the commands for concatination of disk slices from 2 different disks
# metainit d1 2 1 c0t1d0s2 1 c1t1d0s2
where d1 is the metadevice, 2 is the number of components to concatenate and 1 is the number of components per device

This is possible if you are using veritas volume manager or Solstice Disk suite on your machines? please let us know whether you are using them or not? also is this for sparc or x86 machine?
