I want to findout total amount of physical memory and swap memory, total amount of used physical memory and swap memory,total amount of free physical memory and swap memory.Is there any single command for finding out all there parameters.

Top can help you. Solaris comes with a "top" version named /bin/prstat.
To know the total amount of swap space, swap -l won't help... that will display the devices used for swap. To get the status of swap memory type "swap -s" and you will get something like:
total: 27792k bytes allocated + 2872k reserved = 30664k used, 1054480k available
