Browse All TopicsI have a Solaris 9 server on SPARC. I have modified the /etc/default/login/ file to include /usr/local/bin/ in the SUPATH. When I login from the console as root I get this path - but when I su to root as my normal user account i do not have my moidifications to the path when i do echo $PATH. How can I get it so when I su to root I get the appropriate path?

I think I figured this out myself - I modified and uncommented the SUPATH in /etc/default/su/ to reflect the path I need. It seems to work.
