What is the max disk size (IDE) supported by solaris (8+10) on Sun Blade 100

I have a sun blade 100 and I have recently purchased a 320GB HDD (IDE) and installed it as 2nd disk on my station. When I tried to install Solaris 10 on it, it could see 127 GB only. The format command shows <WDC WD3200AAJB-00WGA0>.

The OBP is upgraded to the latest (4.17.1)

I have Solaris 8 on the other disk.
