WARNING: SC has stopped responding
Message is logged in the /var/adm/messages:
WARNING: SC has stopped responding
The maintenance light came on, the card is secure in place as it has a zip tie on it, I rebooted the box yesterday and the light went off, but now the light is back on.
Any suggestions?

I'm curious - I've never had to secure a card with a zip tie...how have you managed that? Are you sure its not pulling the card the wrong way/out...
Also, I thought the sc cards on the v210 were integrated on the motherboard? Can you post back any output from fmdump. fmdump -V or fmdump -ev might be helpful.

What system hardware do you have (machine) ?
Which Solaris versiondo you use?
Do you also see the error in output from
/usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag
?
Can you access the SC (alom device) via the serial connection during this state?
