we have a newly solaris 10 installed on an M4000 with al necessary recommedned patches but we keep getting the following message when we list the services that have been started.

Have you set up the service processor and cabled it all up etc?

Also take a look on sundocs for the xscf command guide and the m4/5000 administration guide for information about setting these up. You could also post the output from the command `svcs -xv` as stated in the error message and post any relevant detail from the service logs for each service located in /var/svc/log.
I'm halfway through setting up an M5000 myself...they (Sun/Fujitsu) don't make it easy, do they?
