Asked by javagair in Unix Operating Systems, Sun Solaris
installed solaris 10 everything went well.
removed cd
rebooted: get the following message Boot Failure press any key to contnue
but if I leave the cd in solaris gives me a menu:
the last option is boot from hard drive and everything works great.
why won't it boot straight from harddrive?
I removed solaris and then reenstallled doing a complete destroy everything and reenstall.
I have never had this problem before with solaris
installing to a intel board and a single sata drive
