Excel code for a reset button pertaining to a spreadsheet with locked fields

I have an Excel spreadhseet that has partially locked fields and then some unlocked fields.

This is a form that is to be filled out to allow changes to a particular type of data.

The spreadsheet contains radio buttons, check boxes and then empty text fields that will need to be reset.
