Windows 2000 Server and Disk Management

I have a Windows 2000 Server with SP4.

There is 1 harddisk(about 36 GB) in this server which I partition into 3 drives.

Drive    Space    Used     Free
C:         4 GB      3 GB     1 GB
E:        15 GB     5 GB    10 GB
F:        15 GB    14 FB     1 GB

As you can see, the F: is only left with 1 GB. Is it possible to expand this F: by making use of the free E: 10 GB?
