i got this error when i using exceed 2008, i just purchase this software so this is the latest version. i am using windows xp sp2

2) You can try applying compatibility mode to applications that are formally incompatible with new OS. kind of helps old games to run on Vista.
3) Xming is free alternative to Exceed if you are unable to fix.
