Starting newly built computer for the first time

I just built and start this system for the first time. The BIOS gets me where I need to make a disc for DOS Menu. It give me 3 options:
 1 Intel ICH10R 32 bit AHCI?Raid Driver Disc
  2 Intel ICH10R 64 bit AHCI Raid Driver Disc
  3 Free DOS command prompt
I am lost right now. I have not installed bios drivers from the dics, or an operation system.
What is the next step to get past this make a disc prompt.
