VMware Virtual Center 2.5 Won't Start

Virtual Center will not start I got the following  output when trying to manually start fro ma command line:

Does anyone know what is needed to repair Virtual Center DB so that VC Server 2.5 wil lstart ?

Click Start
Select Admin Tools
Click ODBC
Choose System DNS tab
Highlight VMWare Virtual Center and click Cnfigure
Select Repair
