can this libstdc++ contribute to my another problem (add/remove software)??

Probably not contribute, but it is also missing. Yum get's the necessary files from the internet, so you will need an internet connection. Why don't you take your laptop to a place where you can connect it to the inet and then do the most important installs there?
hmm....
but how can the libstdc++ gone missing? or do i need to select it during installation?
