How to show hidden files in the OS X 10.3 Finder

How do I set the Finder to show hidden files?  I know there are several system files that are hidden, and most importantly, my mp3 files on my iPod.  I'd like to be able to copy these files off my iPod, but since they are hidden, I can't select them.Start Free Trial
