Need to add existing workgroup users to a new Windows 2003 Standard Server based domain

I have 7 PCs running Windows XP Pro in a workgroup configuration.  I'm going to add a new Windows 2003 Small Business Server to the LAN and they noin these PC to a new domain.  How do I transfer the windows user profiles from the PCs to the Domain?

In the past I have ended up with two accounts on a machine, one local and one domain.  Ideally want the users to logon to the domain and not use a local account.  I want to centralize the users profiles and data so that I can back it up every night to tape on the server.

Thanks in Advance - G

Correction:  It is a Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition, not a Small Business Edition.  As I only have 5 cals, what can I do with the other two machines?  Can I let those keep local user profiles and just access shared files on server?
