Performance and Monitoring - Low Disk Space (HarddiskVolume#)

I installed a new SBS2003 server last week, and all went well, server is performing fine.  For a time the C: filled up w/ Exchange logs, but moving the swap file to the data drive, and running a backup fixed that.  No more low space on C:

I still recieve Low Disk Space (HarddiskVolume6) in the performance and monitoring reports however.  It says 0% free.  Tried running the report setup again, and it didn't fix it.  Is there anywhere I can manually edit which volumes are monitored so I can remove this obviously bogus entry?

I have rebooted the server on Monday night to try and reset the performance counter, (but I don't believe info post-reboot was in Tuesday's report.)  Today's report didn't show any related errors.  Thanks for all the help! Simple reboot fixed it, and now I know how to avoid it.
