"renaming" windows2000 server ?

Hi!

Due to changes in our internal infrastructure, we need to change the hostname and IP address of our win2K server.
Current settings in Network Identification:

Full computer name: ipemsrv.rug.ac.be
Domain: rug.ac.be
Note: The identification of the computer cannot be changed because: - The computer is a domain controller.

The IP address will also change in the last 2 fields (the first two remain the same).

The computer also runs IIS and Microsoft Exchange2000 and is a domain controller (our domain name is "ipem").

We are using the server for hosting web pages, an ftp site, as mail server, as master of our network printer, and lots of folders for file sharing.

In the network neighborhood, the server is shown as "ipemsrv" within domain "ipem" (all other computers are on the domain "ipem") and from the outside the server is known as ipem.rug.ac.be (I think the reason why the netbios name is not the same as the DNS name was because the one who installed the server said that the domain name "ipem" could not be the same as the netbios name of a computer, so it had to be "ipemsrv" instead of "ipem"...).

How do we make the necessary changes (host name and IP address)?
And what else do we need to change after (or before) that to keep things running?

Any help appreciated!

Koen
