Need to make sure that you plan carefully when setting up this type of scenario. Are you going to have different external and internal domain names or will they be from the same name space. Any one can show you how to setup DNS, however not everyone can consult to you properly on how you should design your DNS infrastructure. Fortunately for you Microsoft has taken this into consideration and has very good documentation on the web for planning and implementing Windows 200 DNS. You have asked a pretty general question so if you are in need of specific answers you need to ask more specific questions. Take a look at these articles and see if you can get a better picture of how you would like to set things up and then we can give you the processes for doing so.

Have u registered with the ISP for your FQDN?
Were u given a static IP for the DNS?
Are secure update required for your DNS?

These are some general questions that you have to answer before u can start.
