This has happened on my terminal server twice in the past few months. Granted, rebooting solves the problem, but when this box services roughly 500 people rebooting is not optimal. Not to mention that this reall isn't an answer but just a temporary solution. Anyway, this is what the evtlog shows... Anyone have any ideas?
FYI - The profiles are local and the registry isn't even close to the maximum I have alotted

Description:
Windows could not save the registry settings in your user profile on its first try because another program or service was editing them. Windows tried again and saved them after 1 attempts.
When any user try and log in they get a timed popup that says: "Windows cannot load your profile. please increase the registry size and restart the computer."
Followed by another: ""Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system. DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service."
