 I have a Windows 2000 computer that will not allow me to open Taskmanager,<br />
Norton Antivirus,and Regedit in Normal boot mode. &nbsp;It had the W32.Welchia.B.Worm <br />
recently removed.<br />
Additonally I ran all the Spyware and Antivirus programs in &nbsp;Safemode. &nbsp;I ran the<br />
FixWelchia tool off of the Symantec and removed and deleted all files and backuped<br />
files. &nbsp;I repair installed Win2k updated to Service Pack 4 and updated all security <br />
updates from Microsoft. &nbsp;Additionally I have ran Spybot, Ad-aware 6, Stinger, <br />
and Mcaffee programs all in Safemode with updated definitions and deleted the files found. <br />
