FAT32 to FAT16?

 i have an H.D that's a 8.4 GB Size.

it was shipped in FAT32 filesystem, and i installed lot of programs on it.

i want it to be FAT16 without losing my data.

is there a program or a utility can do that?

This is very important to me, so i gave it 390 points!

Can't type PARTITION MAGIC
Parttition Magic can convert FAT32 to FAT16 ?? em...
From Power Quest's web site

For Partition Magic v4

FLEXIBLE FUNCTIONALITY

Support for larger drives. Even supports hard drives larger than 20 GB.
Convert from FAT to FAT32 and back again. Switch back and forth between 16- and 32- bit file systems without losing data.
Native Windows 95/98 and NT workstation executables. Run PartitionMagic without leaving Windows, and take advantage of the enhanced interface and functionality for even greater efficiency.
Complete support for FAT, FAT32, NTFS, HPFS and Linux ext2 file systems. Enjoy comprehensive support no matter what file system you are using.
PartitionMagic provides a full array of features to meet your specific needs, whatever they may be.

Why would you want to downgrade from FAT32 to FAT16? You're going to chop one large C: into C:/D:/E:/F:, Your CD-ROM letter will move, your total disk used will go up as the cluster size grows, etc.

While Partition Magic can certainly allow you to do this, the question is why would you want to?

There could be lots of reasons for this - dual boot to other os being the most obvious
