Sound Card

Tags:

Running Windows 95 and installed a sound card. The card is not working properly because it emits a lood noise when you do the test in Control Panel. Also I noticed the audio driver for the card is 16bit. Is this my problem?, should Win 95 use 32 bit drivers?
