AVToolTipView anybody?

When exiting Windows ME, my system began (today) to show a message of a program that is busy: AVToolTipView
Do you know what is its function and why is it busy when I try to exit?
I will appreciate your help.

I think this has something to do with the AV program,
not a virus. Try contacting your AV vendor.

RH,

A similar problem to "AVTooltipview" not allowing ME to shutdown is on my system. It happened after an Acrobat Reader 5 update( December 2002). If Acrobat is used between reboots the message displays when shutting down. If Acrobat isn't used no message is displayed. Is this similar to the problem you reported?
