When I try to open .jpg files I get an error window that says Windows can not fine program.exe Please let me know how to or where to get this program thanks a bunch- Tazz

To add to what Bruintje said:
a good program to use to open jpg is Internet Explorer. In ME it is standard linked to Movie Maker (you might have removed it recently) but this is NOT a good program to use.
