In 1 pc...<br />
- multi users, let us asy: U1, U2 &amp;&nbsp;U3<br />
- runig programs: P1,P2,P3,P4 &amp;&nbsp;P5<br />

- user 1: can ru all the programs<br />
- U2: only P3 &amp;&nbsp;P4<br />
- U3: only P2 &amp;&nbsp;P5<br />

- multi users, let us asy: U1, U2 & U3

- user 1: can ru all the programs
- U2: only P3 & P4
- U3: only P2 & P5
