BSOD & Error code 10000050

    Hi!
Brand new laptop ( Pentium M, RAM=1GB, Windows XP sp1) randomly shows (for a split second) BSOD and reboots.
      Error code 10000050, parameter1 c3778808, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 f76ec486, parameter4 00000000.
What is that and how to fix?
      Thank you in advance.
