Sunray is correct, you don't have to activate now, you have 30 days from install to activate before the system will stop functioning.  I need to know what kind of internet connection you have in order to tell you what needs to be done.
Answering the following questions would be helpful, if not necessary.
DSL, Cable, Dialup, or Other(specify)

If DSL
Do you have a DSL  modem only, a DSL modem and router, or a combination DSL modem/router.
Wireless or hardwire.

If Cable
Do you have a Cable modem only, a Cable modem and router, or a combination Cable modem/router.

Why do you think your dns and default gateway are incorrect? Depending upon the setup as highlighted by timofhyfryer, this is provided by your ISP (typically automatically). Check with your ISP for your correct settings. In most instances cable modems / routers etc. are set to obtain this information automatically.

That is true that by choosing automatic that the dns will be obtained automatically.  But if there is a router, it will have to be configured with the isp's username and password in order to make the connection.  I don't believe windows network setup wizard will can configure a router although if you have a straight DSL connection, then the prompts you for the isp's username and password, if I remember correctly.  Only used the wizard once on a straight modem connection, every other time was manual config.  You can specify dns addresses in the network connections properties if you know them.  You can get a list online, probably at your isp or dslreports.com.  If you do it right, it might be faster than the automatic install because windows seldom tries to optimize anything and I doubt isp addresses are any exception.  Post your questions, and if you want to stay with a manual dns configuration, I can find the addresses if you give me your isp and location.

The DNS, proxies and gateway Not  correct Because I set it  so that my staff that use that machine cannot go on machine,
our hotel have connect computer to LAN systems and many staff use it for serve the web we want to set only customer machine can use internet so I set not correct DNS Poxies and gateway not correct for my staff
OK, well on XP Pro there is a whole set of security settings that will allow you to keep your staff from surfing the internet while letting the people you want to be allowed onto the machine.  Typically, setting the dns to an incorrect value is not the best way to solve the problem.

Please answer the questions in the post I made above and I think I'll be able to help you.

The telephone number used to activate Windows XP is not an international one, it is either free or only charges you local rate.  If your boss doesn't let you use the phone, tell him to stick the system where the sun doesn't shine :-)
