PC all of a sudden in a rebooting loop

Out of nowhere I turned on my PC and here's what happens: The boot never gets to the Windows welcome screen. I see a flash of a 'Blue screen of death', but it goes by too fast and begins to re-boot again. I cannot get into safe mode either. It does the same thing. I tried to get to the system recovery console, but it asks for the administrator password. I swear I have never set a password for the administrator, but it will not take blanks. After three attempts, it reboots. At first I thought I received the Sasser virus, but all descriptions say the PC doesn't reboot until after the welcome screen. What's up? What can I do?

Have you tried "Last known good configuration" from the F8 menu?

Hello rlvogel =)

If it has happened suddenly, that u can try,,,,

HOW TO: Start the System Restore Tool from a Command Prompt in Windows XP:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304449

!! GOOD LUCK !!
Remember to disconnect all External and unnecessary hardwares before doing the System Restore, coz it seems to be a bad hardware,,,,,,, as we cant see the Blue screen we cannot recognise the EXACT situation,,,,,, but mostly these Blue Screens comes due to Bad hardware or damaged driver !!!
Disconnecting all unecessary hardware is a good idea.

Some problems with your link SheharyaarSaahil is that the asker can't get into safe mode or get logged in as administrator, so I don't think it will work, but always worth a shot.

yeah Eagle,,, coz rlvogel said he already tried SAFEMODE, so i thought why not SAFEMODE with command prompt,,,, coz im a person who try everything possible to get into windows before doing a Repair :-\
If you cannot get into regular Safe mode, then try Safe Mode with Command Prompt.  If this works, then you can use the REG command to turn off the auto reboot on error.

At the Safe Mode Command Prompt log on as administrator. Type the following at the command prompt:
REG /QUERY HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Crashcontrol /v Autoreboot

You should get a value of either 1 or 0. 1=true; 0=false, therefore if it is 1 then do the following:
REG /DELETE HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Crashcontrol /v AutoReboot
REG /ADD HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashContron /v AutoReboot /t REG_DWORD /d 0

This will turn off the automatic restart on error option, so that you will be able to see the error message when you get the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).
