From my understanding, Outlook only creates that folder if you don't specify where you want the folder to be. &nbsp;I'd change the key in the first link jsvor sent you, and you should be good to go. &nbsp;The fact that its there shouldn't be too much of a hassle (since you can't see it from anywhere anyway)

You can go to start - run. Then type in the full path c:\documents and settings\user id\local settings\Temporary Internet Files\&quot;OLK Folder name&quot;.<br />

Then delete al the files in the folder, or view them first.<br />
You will not be able to delete tis folder permanently. Outlook needs memory or hard drive space to open files from outlook.<br />
This is the default folder it uses.<br />
