Cannot delete AntiPhishing Folder

I recently installed IE7 & activated AntiPhishing filter. We have student accounts (i.e., 10021021 & so on) that login to the computer & can be seen under Documents and Settings. We are a university & have our own domain. Before when we still use IE6, we can use delprof & all the ID users that was recorded in Documents and Settings were easily wiped out. After we installed IE7 (some yahoo attachments cannot be opened) so we decided to remove IE7 via system restore. From that moment on until today, delprof cannot remove the ID user accounts that had the IE7 installed. I tried safe mode & still cannot remove user accounts (i.e., C:\Documents and Settings\10209344.MANILA\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\AntiPhishing.........).

We receive the error "Cannot delete AntiPhishing: Access is denied.".

Please help.

See if this previous thread helps.  It describes   "... Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\AntiPhishing" removal.

"Cannot delete this folder":
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21809217/Cannot-delete-this-folder.html
Note that it can be deleted by downloading and running Pocket Killbox version 2.0.0.175
http://www.atribune.org/downloads/KillBox.exe

The basic instructions are included in this E-E thread, by rpggamergirl.
GlenTch  ..  it's well worth reading that *whole* thread to view other experts comments.

By the way we are using WinXP SP2 Pro.
P4-1.8Ghz / 256MB SDRAM / 64MB VC & 40GB HDD (Free space of 17GB)

I have tried Killbox 2.0.0.588 & delete on system reboot, the file still exists & cannot delete the Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\AntiPhishing folder upon reboot. The log did not showed any confirmed file deletion. It shows exactly like this:
# 1 [Delete on Reboot]
Path = C:\Documents and Settings\10207732

I Rebooted @ 8:29:46 AM
Killbox Closed(Exit) @ 8:29:49 AM

Can you see the space.....................
If I use standard file kill, a return message shows up "This File could not be deleted".

I used Administrator & used a newly created Administrator account (i.e., GlenTch), both of them ran in Normal Mode & Safe Mode but to no avail. The folder AntiPhishing is a tough nut to crack..........

We have no CDROMs in all of the PCs, howerver I have created the (6 or 8 I think ) Bootable Floppies & used Recovery Console but I can only get to the C:\Winnt\System32 Folder & failed to change directory thru C:\Documents and Settings............... I was hoping to delaete the User Accounts w/ Antiphishing folder inside it by del or RD commands, but I researched & del can only delete files while RD (remove directory) can only delete empty folders.............

Please Help Again.............!
Found just one reference to antiphishing folder deletion, it seems a tough nut to crack !

Quote:   Unlocker is one important piece of software. Some Microsoft updates and service packs litter a hard drive with junk files. IE also installs *antiphishing folders which are almost impossible to delete*.   Using Unlocker in conjunction with Acronis Disk Director I have yet to find a file I couldn't delete.   Unquote:

Well, here they are >>

"Unlocker 1.8.3":
"Unlocker is an Windows Explorer extension allowing you with a simple right-click on a file or folder to get rid of error message such as error deleting file or folder ... "        <.. and it's free.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Unlocker.shtml

"Acronis Disk Director":    .. couldn't see whether it's free or freeware.  An earlier link said 'free'!
http://downloads.vnunet.com/download/windows/acronis+disk+director+suite/_33307.html
You'll see the one reference to antiphishing folder deletion at the top of the article.  Good luck.
GlenTch,
Have you been able to fix your problem using any of the comments above or have other difficulties arisen ?    Thank you.

Thanks schroten, that worked for me also. I had several test accounts on my computer that I use to test and wanted them to recreate with new defaults but I couldn't get rid of them. Now I have.
