Voices on the internet sound like computer generated voices

I have windows XP running though a DSL Modem to the internet.

But, when I try and listen to voices on the internet it sounds like computer generated voices.

Any body have any idea how to stop this.

Is it possible that the modem is causing this?Start Free Trial
