NLB Windows 2003 IIS
I am going to NLB 2 servers to Host Web content which will stored on a san.
Is there anything I am missing?
Configure the IIS servers to pint to dshared content and then there is no replication involved apart from the IIS servers.
Is there software out there to replicate IIS servers using NLB?
Any additional help would be great

The link refers to Windows 2000, but it's also supported in Windows 2003, with an exception : Microsoft says clustering can have two Servers connected, but it can have up to 4 Servers connected.
Just follow the upper link !

Yes I have read these documents but my question is about the content really and the replication of the IIS servers.
IF you point both directories to the same content on a SAN how will it handle ASP scripts I have read about sticky connections which is what I would like to use.
I am concerned about the content more than anything is using a san storage the best way?
