Adding a Windows Server 2003 SBE to an existing Domain

I'm upgrading a Windows 2000 server to Windows Server 2003 Small Business Edition.  What I've done is added a Windows Server 2003 DC to the existing domain to hold the AD info and copied all the data off the old server.  The plan is to demote the old server, format it, and install Windows 2003 SBE.

My question(s):

Is it possible to join a 2003 SBE to a regular domain as a member then promote it to a DC so it gets a copy of the AD info on the backup server?

I've already run adprep on the 2000 AD so it can accept a Windows 2003 server as a DC.  Other than that, are there any possible hang ups I should know about before I blow away the old server?

Please feel free to add anything else ou feel is relevent.

I should mention that once the older server is back up and running and a DC again the plan is to demote the temporary DC and remove it from the domain.

Thanks,

Brian

I have a heavily modified group policy for locking down users who log into terminal services.  Is there a way to get these transfered over?

And, I believe, you'd be violating the license agreement... though I'm not certain about that...
no your not. You can have mutiple dcs in a SBS environment. back in 2000 there was a loop hole in the EULA that allowed you to have windows sbs 2000 on several machines each with a different service. Now in 2003 they rewrote it, you can only have 1 sbs server with all services running on that 1 server. You can't have another server installed and install exchange and use the exchange license.
Actually, I just discovered you can't even create a trust relationship between a SBS and another domain.

I'll just create the policy by hand again.  I took good notes so it shouldn't be that bad.
